Join Our Lab: Exploring the Functions and Therapeutic Potential of DPPIV Family Proteases
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our research group to study the functions of DPPIV family proteases using C. elegans as a model system. Our long-term goal is to understand how these proteases regulate fundamental biological processes and to explore their potential applicability in treating neurodegenerative diseases caused by the expansion of DNA repeats.
Thanks to support from the MAB-FENG grant, we currently have openings for the following positions:
Ph.D. student
Postdoctoral fellow
Research technician (Polish language fluency required for this role)
The selected candidates will work at the interface of basic and translational research, combining molecular biology, genetics, and biochemistry to uncover how protease activity can be harnessed for therapeutic benefit.
If you are curious, driven, and eager to contribute to understanding how DPPIV family proteases shape animal biology and human health, please send a cover letter and CV.
